For over 20 years, Friedman Productions, working with some of the best freelance production crew in Michigan and New York,
has been producing award-winning commercial, corporate, educational, documentary, recruiting, and promotional films, videos,
and theatrical productions for a diverse group of national clients.
Alec Friedman, the executive producer
of Friedman Productions, produced a video for the University of Michigan School of Public Health, hosted by CNN's Dr.
Sanjay Gupta, that won three national awards including a First Place Aegis Award for "Top Graduate School Recruiting
Video." He recently completed three more successful videos for the nationally ranked University of Michigan Health
System, and a fund-raising video for the Mott Golf Classic, an organization that benefits the C.S. Mott Children's Hospital.
Alec is currently writing, directing, and producing "So you want to be an Astronaut,"
a documentary on Tony England, a former NASA Apollo and Space Shuttle Astronaut; "Erinne's Story,"
a documentary on Erinne Williams, a girl who is defying the odds as she battles SMA, Spinal Muscular Atrophy; and he's
writing, directing and producing "Molecules," a high-energy science musical.
